I got these awesome new pants for back-to-school at this store. They looked amazing on the website, but when they got here, they were way too big and the color was totally off from what was shown online. I tried to send them back, but it was already after the return deadline. Now I'm stuck with these pants that don't even fit me properly. It feels like I wasted my money, ugh!

Bought some Diawa line counter reels, but one crapped out after just one outing. I called up the store, thinking they had some warranty deal with Diawa. Drove all the way out there, and what do they tell me? Gotta shell out more money for a replacement reel and drive another three friggin’ hours to go pick it up. Total loss of time and cash. That store has lost my business for good.

I recently bought a pair of boots from this store and unfortunately, my experience was not great. The boots ended up being too small for me, so when I tried to return them by mail, they told me I had to pay an $11 fee. I thought that was inconvenient and expensive. Even though I got a great deal on the boots at 40% off, I didn't get a full refund. It seems like a risky policy for customers, especially if you end up spending more on fees than the actual item. In my opinion, this store is better for shopping in person and getting refunds that way, rather than online purchases.
