Sail - Reviews and experiences

So, I went and bought my daughter a winter coat, hat, and mittens for Christmas. Spent just over $300 on it all. But then, ya know what happened? They sent it to the wrong house! When I asked what was up with the delivery delay, the customer service folks sent me a pic of the package at some red door. But my door's blue, not red! They blamed me for the typo in the address and didn't really help beyond that. As someone with vision issues, it was pretty disappointing and frustrating. Good customer service should've at least helped me find the package or sort things out with the delivery service. This whole situation has me feeling let down, and I definitely won't be shopping online with them again.

I recently got myself a new jacket, some nice long thermal socks, and gloves all online. I was pretty happy when my stuff arrived super quickly and in really good shape. I ordered everything on August 29 and had it in my hands by September 1. The folks at the Sail Cambridge store were really nice and helpful when I called to check on my order. And Nationex delivery did a great job too with their notifications, keeping me up to date on where my package was at all times. The packaging was all good and my new stuff was packed up nice and safe. I snagged the jacket for just $59 on sale, a real deal since it was originally $119.99. The jacket is perfect for the wind and water, so I'm all set for the season. Even though I saw some bad reviews after I bought my stuff, I'm happy I went with Sail and would totally recommend their online store to anyone.

I ordered some camping stuff from the store about two weeks ago, and I'm still waiting for it to show up. Let me tell you, their customer service has been a real letdown. Nobody's even bothered to try and fix things or fill me in on what's going on with my order. I gotta say, I'm pretty ticked off at how poorly they're handling things over there.

The shipping from this company is super slow. I bought a winter coat on December 18th and it didn't even get sent out until December 20th. And then, I didn't hear anything for two whole weeks. It's really annoying to have to wait this long for just a coat.

Eh, so I gotta say, y'know, I gotta no real complaints 'bout my recent purchase from this store, eh. The ordering process was smooth and easy, service was decent, and the pricing was fair for the quality of products offered, eh. But, oh boy, the delivery time was absolutely ridiculous, eh. It took a whopping 10 days for my order to arrive, which is just not on in this day and age, ya know. I get that shipping delays can happen, but waitin' that long for my order to finally show up was just frustratin', eh. On a positive note, everything arrived in good condition and was exactly what I expected, so at least there's that, eh.
