CheckoutThis place is a disaster, eh? I recently bought a pair of quick-dry hiking pants from them, and let me tell ya, it was a nightmare from start to finish. The ordering process was all over the place, with stuff being thrown into my cart that I didn't even pick. The customer service was a joke - they said they'd give me a discount coupon, but then changed their mind and wouldn't honor it when I tried to use it. And don't even get me started on the quality of the pants - they showed up looking like they'd been run over by a truck. When I reached out to their customer service about all this, all I got was some impersonal, computer-generated response. Absolutely disgraceful, I tell ya.
