Oh boy, what a disaster! I ordered some clothes and guess what? They got sent to the wrong address all because of some mix-up with PayPal. So, I reached out to customer service for some help and you won't believe what happened - they wouldn't own up to their mistake and actually had the guts to hang up on me! I am so let down by their lack of accountability and you can bet I won't be spending my money there again. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this whole mess of a company!

I went to this store not too long ago and man, I gotta say, the customer service was a total letdown. The staff didn't seem to care at all, almost like they were being forced to work there. It felt like they were just going through the motions without really giving a darn about us customers or the store's rep. I did some digging and turns out, I'm not the only one who felt this way. It's sad to see a company with so much promise being dragged down by its own workers.
