CommunicationI'm sorry to say, but I've had a really disappointing experience with the customer service here. I got in touch over six weeks ago because the two items I bought were not up to scratch, but I didn't hear back for a whole month. When I finally did get an automated email telling me to call their customer service line or reply to the email for help, I did exactly that, but nothing happened. The fact that there's been no communication or resolution on this issue has really frustrated me and left me feeling unsatisfied with the service from this company.
