RVCA - Reviews and experiences

I was really itching for a cool t shirt but I was hesitant it wouldn't arrive on time. I placed my order and then made the mistake of reading the reviews afterward. To my pleasant surprise, it actually arrived earlier than I thought and it fits like a glove! I didn't even have to contact customer service, the whole process was a breeze. I'm up here in Canada, so I wonder if that changes things for other folks writing reviews?

I bought something online not too long ago and I gotta say, the processing and delivery time was a real bummer. So I got this email confirming my order and it said it would arrive in 2-3 business days. I was cool with waiting, but it's been a whole 10 days now and no package in sight. I emailed them to ask what's up, but all I got back was a generic response with the same delivery timeframe. This isn't the first time this has happened with this company, and honestly, I'm feeling pretty annoyed and let down with their service.

I bought a black hoodie from this company not too long ago, but I never actually got my hands on it. I tried reaching out to them by email to sort things out, but they weren't very cooperative. Apparently, I missed their crazy one-month deadline for reporting missing packages, so they wouldn't give me a refund or send a replacement item. I'm so let down by their terrible lack of customer service and honesty. They pretty much took my money and left me with nothing to show for it. I won't be shopping with them ever again, and I'll make sure to tell everyone I know about how shady they are.

I recently made a couple of online purchases and let me tell you, the service was a total letdown. My first order was super late and ended up at the wrong address, which was a huge pain because I had to go to extra lengths to find it. Then, to top it off, my second order was delayed again, and the proof of delivery didn't even show that it was received. When I reached out to complain, the response was not helpful at all, and there was even a link that didn't work so I couldn't follow up. Needless to say, the service didn't meet my expectations and left me feeling pretty disappointed.
