ProductI was kinda on the fence about buying something because of some bad reviews, but I took a chance. I got a pair of shorts that ended up having a broken seam after just one wear. I got in touch with customer service, and they were super quick and nice about fixing the issue. They said they'd send me a new pair for free, and the whole process was really friendly and fast. I was actually really happy with how they handled everything.

ProductEh, so I bought a couple things from this store, eh, and both times I got the wrong stuff, eh. It's pretty obvious that they don't actually have what they say they do in stock, 'cause they tried to send me different stuff hoping I wouldn't notice, eh. And, on top of that, there's no way to get a hold of their customer service, even though their confirmation email said otherwise, eh.
