ServiceWatch out when dealing with this agency that claims to be affiliated with Rue La La. They'll have you complete tasks in exchange for payment, but then they ghost you and shut down your account. It's a total scam, eh!

ServiceWhen I decided to order this heavy down feather jacket online, I was really hoping for a cozy and warm winter jacket. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it was way too heavy and didn't give me the warmth I was looking for. Trying to return it was a nightmare. The customer service was basically non-existent, no one would respond even after I tried reaching out multiple times. The chat feature was useless and I couldn't find a way to talk to a real person. This was hands down the worst online shopping experience I've ever had.
