TrackingMy experience with this company was an absolute disaster. I had such a hard time trying to make a payment on their website for 2 days because of all the errors, but I was finally able to place the order and pay on August 1st. The next day, I got a confirmation and a tracking number from DHL saying my express shipping would arrive by August 9. But on August 10, I got a call from DHL saying they were sending the package back to Rossignol. DHL and Rossignol both said they didn't know why. And since then, I haven't heard anything else. I've tried calling Rossignol multiple times, but all they say is that they'll let me know once they figure it out. I don't have my money or my stuff, and there's no clear answers or solutions in sight. The way they're handling this is just not right at all.
