Just bought a men's ski jacket from your store, and I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with the quality. The first time my hubby wore it, the arm seam ripped. The fabric was so thin and delicate, and we were shocked that a well-known brand like yours would sell something so low-quality. We actually thought about returning it right when we got it because the fabric felt really cheap, but we decided to give the brand the benefit of the doubt. Turns out, we were let down.

But, like, within a year and after only around 10-15 times using them on my ski trips, both boots started to fall apart at the front. The boots were cracking and the top part was pulling away from the sole. It was such a bummer, eh? 'Cause I've never had this happen with any of my other ski boots. Like, why did these have to be so poorly made, eh?

I got these boots on sale and they're amazing! Ordering was easy and they came super quick. The quality is top-notch, I'm really happy with them. I'll definitely shop here again.
