Just bought some ski boots and after only wearing them for a few days, the left one totally fell apart. I reached out to the company for a replacement but they said no and only offered a repair for $15 plus $15 for shipping. Kinda disappointed, was expecting better service from them. Guess I'll just stick to shopping at the local market next time.

Sadly, dealing with this company was not the best experience. I tried to make an order, but it wasn't confirmed, so I ended up placing another one. However, both orders got processed, and I couldn't cancel one of them. Now I'm still waiting for a refund for the extra order. To top it off, the product I got wasn't what was advertised on the website. All in all, I was really let down by the whole situation and the lack of communication and customer service.

This shady stuff is just not cool and makes the store look bad.

I contacted your customer service team and sent them photos, but they just pointed me to another store that was closed. Finally, ten days later, I heard back from you, and you're asking me to send the pants in for analysis, and not even promising a quick response, and I have to pay for the shipping myself. This kind of service, or lack thereof, is really disappointing.
