DeliveryI recently bought some outdoor gear and let me tell you, the stuff is amazing. But I've gotta say, the delivery service was not up to par. The company has fantastic customer service and the ordering process was easy. But why on earth do they use UPS for deliveries? UPS is a mess - they never ring the bell, they don't wait for you to answer, and they often leave packages at a nearby pick-up spot without telling you. Plus, the delivery always takes longer than expected. I shop online a lot and never had issues with other couriers, but UPS always lets me down. It's too bad that such a great company would ruin their reputation by teaming up with such a lousy courier.
