QuikShip Toner - Reviews and experiences

My experience with QuikShip Toner has been a letdown, eh. They keep telling me my order will be ready, but it never comes through. The customer service folks keep saying they'll send a new toner cartridge, but I haven't gotten any shipping details or tracking numbers yet. It's frustrating to be strung along with false hope and broken promises all the time.

This company used to be pretty reliable, but my last order was a total nightmare. I placed it and figured it would arrive soon, but it never did. I tried to get some help but couldn't find anyone to chat with and my emails were ignored. After days of calling, someone finally answered and told me they were out of black toner. I asked them to send the available toners and put the black one on backorder, but I never got a tracking number or any updates. I really should have checked the reviews before ordering, because this whole thing has been a mess. Just a heads up if you're thinking of buying from them.
