QuikShip Toner - Reviews and experiences

I just bought some toner cartridges and they ended up sending me the wrong ones. The quality wasn't great and I was pretty disappointed with how it all went down. My project management office needs good suppliers for our printing stuff, and this whole situation has me thinking twice about ordering from them again. They did say sorry and tried to fix it, but it felt more like a ploy to get me to buy more stuff than actually caring about making me happy as a customer.

This company is just terrible, eh. I ordered black toner and they keep sending me cyan by mistake. Three times in a row, can you believe it? And each time, it took them forever to deliver the wrong stuff. I called to complain, and all they did was say sorry and promise to fix it, but they never did. Now I've got three useless cyan toners and a credit card dispute that they're somehow winning. It's just not right, eh!
