Faulty toner cartridge

I recently bought a toner cartridge from this company, but it showed up with a messed up chip that made it totally useless. So I tried to get a refund, but all they did was pass the blame and say they have to talk to the manufacturer to figure things out. Super disappointing and annoying to deal with, especially since I've had three calls with no real fix or idea of when it'll be sorted out.

Don't bother ordering from here. I ordered back in January and didn't hear anything until March. When I finally found out that my items were backordered with no idea when they would arrive, I tried to cancel. They told me it was past the cancellation period and just kept dragging things out. I ended up having to dispute the charges with my bank.

I ordered 2 toners from this company, and it was a total disaster from the get-go. I only got a confirmation email at first, and then there were no updates on my order. When I finally called to ask, they said one toner was out of stock, but they didn't tell me beforehand. Out of nowhere, I got a toner in the mail that was completely wrong - not the one I paid for. I paid for 2 toners but only got one, and it was the wrong one. Dealing with their customer service was a nightmare, and I don't trust them to fix it. The Better Business Bureau couldn't help either. It's too much work to return the wrong toner, get a refund, and hopefully get the right ones. I suggest using a different company for your toner needs.

These guys are the worst. They sent me ink that was expired over a year ago! It took them way too long to give me a refund, and on top of that, they didn't even refund the full amount. And of course, I had to make the trip all the way to FEDEX to return it. Absolutely terrible experience, just terrible.

I recently bought toner cartridges from this company and man, it's been such a headache. They charged my credit card nearly a month ago, and I haven't gotten my order or any tracking info yet. Every time I call Customer Service, they keep telling me my order is in another warehouse being processed. But honestly, it feels like they're just dragging their feet. I requested a refund, but my order is still in limbo with no refund on the horizon. It's been a total waste of my time.
