QuikShip Toner - Reviews and experiences

I recently bought some toner cartridges from this company, and I gotta say, it was a letdown. As soon as I placed my order, they went and charged my card right away. When I tried to get in touch with customer service to ask about my order, I didn't hear anything back. It's pretty uncool to not keep customers in the loop, and I'm feeling pretty annoyed by the whole situation.
