I bought some sheets from this company not long ago, and I have to say I was pretty disappointed with their customer service. I've been buying stuff from them for years and have always been happy, but this time was different. I wanted to return the sheets I got, but getting it done was a real hassle. I had to send a bunch of emails and make a bunch of phone calls just to get it sorted out, and it was super frustrating. I really hope they step up their customer service game in the future because this experience has made me think twice about buying from them again.

My experience with the mattress warranty process has been so frustrating, eh. After about 2 years, my mattress started to fall apart on the inside, so I had to fill out a warranty request form and send in some pictures, you know. It took forever to do all the paperwork and stuff, just so detailed. But after I finally sent it all in, they said it would take 7-10 days to decide on my warranty claim, eh. I was gonna be stuck without a bed for at least 2-3 weeks until the new mattress arrived, eh. But surprise, surprise, they got back to me in just 5 days and sent me a brand new mattress right away. A faster response than I expected, that's for sure.

I recently decided to send back the mattress and adjustable frame I bought from that company. I changed my mind after reading a bunch of really bad reviews about the products, even before I got them delivered. I tried to get in touch with the company before they shipped it out, but I was too late. But hey, their customer service team was actually really great - super helpful and made it easy for me to return the stuff. They even organized a pickup for free since they delivered it free in the first place. And get this, I got to keep the sheets and pillow they threw in with my original order. When I chatted with Maiya from customer service, she mentioned that they've made some improvements to their mattresses and no longer sell the faulty ones. With that in mind, I might actually think about doing business with them again in the future.

I gotta say, I got caught up in all the buzz and decided to give this company a shot. My experience was kinda up and down - the pillow didn't really do it for me because of my neck problems, but I gotta give it to them, the stuff they make is top-notch. Their customer service was really good, they stuck to their guarantee and gave me a full refund no questions asked. If you're on the hunt for some quality pillows, cushions, or beds, you should definitely give Purple a try.
