CommunicationI just ordered a Purple medium-firm California king mattress and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. I scheduled the delivery for a Tuesday, but everything showed up except for the actual mattress we ordered. Can you even imagine the frustration of being all set for a good night's sleep, only to realize the main piece is missing? I had to call the store to sort it out, and the person on the other end had to check with both the warehouse and Purple. Turns out, Purple is swamped and the California king size isn't their top priority. What kind of business model is that? They should be letting stores know so that customers are aware of delays before making a purchase. This lack of communication and disregard for customer satisfaction is a sure way to push away loyal customers. Not cool, Purple, not cool.
