DeliveryOh man, it was brutal! My really pricey mattress ended up being delivered a whole week late, and the delivery person just left it outside without even getting a signature. Can you believe it?! What if someone swiped it?! I had to take THREE days off work to be home for it, and they didn't even show any concern. And don't even get me started on customer service - total nightmare. They didn't even try to fix things. I had to haul that massive mattress up three flights of stairs all on my own! So not cool.
