PriceI was so surprised by the crazy expensive shipping fees I had to shell out, especially after dealing with customs. And to top it off, the company went and deleted my review pointing out this issue. The slow shipping and iffy tracking just made me more annoyed. Plus, the customer service was terrible, basically saying it was all on me if any returns got lost. The products weren't even that great for the hefty prices, it felt like I was paying extra just for the influencer's brand name.
