DeliverySo, I ordered something and they said it would take like 2-5 weeks to get to Canada from the US. That's way too long, don't you think? And it's coming from Utah, which isn't even that far from here. It's been over a week since I placed my order and the delivery status hasn't changed at all. I think it's going to be at least another week before I even get an update. Ugh.

DeliveryI can't believe the awful experience I had with this online store. I ordered a jacket and calendar, which wasn't cheap, for over $100, and they said it would be delivered by mid-November. It's now mid-December and I still haven't received anything. When I reached out to customer service, they said my first order must have messed up so they sent a second one, without even saying sorry. And now they are saying they can't control the shipment, like it's no big deal that my Christmas gift will be late. It's not supposed to be a post-Christmas gift, it's meant to be here for Christmas! Plus, they haven't offered any compensation for the bad delivery. I'm so mad about this.
