I picked up the mini bag because my shoulder's been acting up and I needed a crossbody that actually spreads weight — seemed like the right call. The leather and stitching were nicer than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise, but the shoulder strap that arrived wasn't the one shown online. I called customer service and they insisted there was no alternative strap for that model — frustrating and hard to swallow, since I can see the correct strap in shops and other sites. They offered a refund or return plus a 10% coupon; I'll pass. Decent bag, poor handling.

I ordered my usual size and it was tight, plus the print placement made the whole thing look a bit off from a distance. CS did get back to me, which I appreciated, but return postage was annoying and pricey so I didn’t bother. If you love the look, maybe size up and be ready for possible return costs. I liked the style though, just not the execution.
