Not what I expected, but at least it ended in a refund

Returns & Refunds
wear and tear, fix it myself. Tried calling, asked for the manager, and the phone got politely evaded. That bit felt unprofessional and honestly a bit lazy — they didn’t seem to know what consumer responsibilities are, or they didn’t care.
I escalated to customer service in Italy, sent emails, crickets. Only when I pinged their press office did someone finally move. They collected the bag via courier, shipped it off to Italy and then returned it a week later — nicely packaged but still unfixed. I sent a short video showing the zipper literally separating and finally the local manager agreed to a full refund.
So delivery-wise, the courier bit was okay — pick-up and return were relatively quick — but sending it away and back without fixing it was pointless. Service was the worst part: evasive store staff and slow, reactive head office. Price felt steep considering the whole hassle.
Would I buy again? Maybe, if I was sure I could deal directly with a helpful store. But after this, I’d think twice and probably choose somewhere with clearer local support. Not a total disaster — got my money back — but a long, annoying detour.

I needed something to actually help my aching lower back after months at a desk and a chaotic move. I almost backed out because the website looked messy and the customer chat felt like answering a bot — pretty off-putting. Still, I gave it a shot. Delivery was on time, the movers were quick and polite, and setup was easier than I feared. First night I slept without that usual tightness, and the second morning I actually noticed less pain. That’s the moment I knew it was worth it. It didn’t fix everything overnight, but it was clearly better. The price felt fair for what I got. Service could be friendlier—there were scripted replies, but they eventually sorted my questions. Overall, mildly skeptical to happy customer. Would recommend to anyone with a sore back who wants real improvement without drama. Small hiccups, but I'm genuinely pleased with the result so far, honestly.
Pretty bag, poor follow-up

I didn't buy this — a friend gifted it after spotting it in a small boutique, so I was a bit wary at first; designer gifts can be hit or miss. The bag looks nice and I used it off and on, but from the very first few wears the tiny screw that holds the clasp felt loose. It kept working for a while, then one day the screw fell out and disappeared. I only wanted to order that tiny replacement part, not a refund or anything dramatic, just to know where to buy it. Customer service basically said no — because it had been over two years they couldn’t help, and they mentioned replacement parts are only shipped “within Europe.” That surprised me — I live in London and they clearly operate there — so the reply felt arbitrary and a little careless for a known brand. The bag still does its job and I like it, but the aftercare disappointed me. I get that rules exist, but for such a small, inexpensive piece a simple pointer would've been fine. Won't recommend quite as readily now.
Closed shop, slow reply, but the swap finally worked

Servicesoft, warm, not itchy, the colour was what I expected and the fit is just fine. Packaging was minimal but ok. So, not a smooth experience from the support side — that was annoying — but I’m honestly glad it worked out in the end. Could’ve been handled quicker, sure, but happy with the item and relieved I didn’t lose my credit.
