I recently bought some grab bars from Pick Your Plum and I was really disappointed with them. One of the grab bars broke while I was using it to hold myself up in the tub, it was not strong enough. I tried to contact Pick Your Plum about the problem but their customer service was not helpful at all. My overall experience with them was really bad and I wouldn't suggest ordering from them.

So I ordered two 20-inch necklace chains and guess what I received? Four 16-inch chains! Like, seriously? I contacted customer service, thinking they could swap them out for the right ones, but unfortunately, they couldn't do that. At least they gave me a refund, but man, it's so annoying.

The ad made it sound like I'd get a bunch of phone cables, but I only got one. I was let down and felt ripped off for what I paid. The company's marketing tricks left me feeling cheated. I thought I'd be getting more bang for my buck with the price I shelled out for just one item. The product itself was alright, but the sneaky advertising left me feeling like I didn't get my money's worth.

I ordered two skirts, eh, and one of them was just like how they said it would be on the website, but the other one was totally different, eh. I was super let down because I was excited to get both skirts that were shown online, eh. I tried getting in touch with their customer service right away to return it, but I haven't heard back from anyone except for an automated email, eh. This lack of communication and not solving the problem has made me feel super annoyed and unhappy with how my shopping went, eh.

I just bought some home decor stuff from Pick Your Plum and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with what I got. The quality was decent for the price I paid, but I was a little bummed that the colors weren't exactly like they looked on the website. Ordering was easy, but I wish there was more info on the products. The prices were fair, but could be a bit more competitive. The delivery was quick and the items came in good shape.

It wasn't as secure as I would've liked and one thing was a bit damaged. Despite that, the rest of the stuff came quick and was just like they advertised. Overall, it was a good shopping experience and I'd think about recommending it to others.

I was really happy with the price of the portable bar cart I bought. It was listed for double the price on Amazon, so I knew I was getting a good deal. But, I did have some problems with the delivery. I tracked my package until it showed as delivered, but it wasn't in the Luxor system for the package room. I had to look for it and finally found it by the staircase, even though I live on the first floor.

I was pretty disappointed with the huge item I got from Pick Your Plum and I wanted to send it back. I did what they asked and took some pics with a measuring tape and sent it right away. But even after all that, I kept getting messages every day saying I didn't reply, which ended up closing the case. I was so annoyed, so I tried reaching out through email multiple times and I can prove it, but I didn't get any solution. So I had to take it to a dispute in the end.
