Bought seven outdoor Resonate lights and a video doorbell because we’d had a package theft and I wanted better porch visibility — also needed safer footing after a recent back issue. Ordering was straightforward, about ten minutes. Delivery was quoted 2–4 days but arrived on day six, and the courier brought a pair of flood lights instead of the doorbell. I tried the Facebook support the site suggested; responses were slow, like over an hour each time, and they kept asking for the order number even though I attached the invoice. I called and waited 43 minutes to be told a return label would be sent the next day. It’s day eight now and I still don’t have the doorbell. Customer service was chaotic and slow, honestly. That said, the lights that did arrive work well and I’m glad they’re decent — so not a total loss, just way more hassle than it should’ve been.
