would they help? Would the discount they offered even work? I didn’t rush to use it because my bridge was full at the time, but when the new Pro Bridge launched and could handle more gear I went to apply the discount and it just... failed. Frustrating.

First impressions were messy, service was slow at first, but the end result solved my issue and I’m happy I can use the new bridge now. Would’ve preferred quicker communication, but I’m grateful they followed through in the end. If you’re thinking twice because of similar stories, keep that in mind — persistence helped me, and the final fix was solid.
