I recently bought a pair of shoes from this store and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with how things went down. I picked out a specific pair of shoes in my size, but when my order arrived, I got a totally different shoe that was way too small. When I reached out to customer service to fix the mix-up, they weren't very helpful and just made things more complicated. They kept asking for my receipt before they could do anything, which just dragged things out even longer. It took me 2 weeks to finally talk to someone who said I'd get a refund, but they'd take out some random fees. I didn't want a refund, I just wanted the right shoes I ordered in the first place. But nope, they wouldn't listen and said I had to order again. The whole thing really got on my last nerve and now I'm just not happy with their service at all.

My experience with this shoe company was a complete disaster, eh! The prices are way too high and you only get free shipping if you spend a whopping $69. On top of that, I got emails saying my orders were shipped but they ended up canceling because they didn't even have the products! That's just not cool, eh. Plus, every pair of shoes I bought in bulk to save on shipping were all defective. Overall, not impressed with this company at all, eh.
