Hey there! So, you know what happened? I placed my order yesterday and shelled out some extra cash for express shipping, thinking it would be super quick. But guess what? There's been no movement on my order at all. And get this, they went and switched my delivery to standard without giving me a heads up. They're also straight up ignoring my emails and not even refunding me for the express fees. The communication and customer service from this company is just terrible. I've already requested to cancel my order - definitely steer clear of this company.

I just ordered this awesome leather biker jacket online and guess what? Instead of my cool new jacket, I got a pair of cheap plastic sunglasses all the way from Hong Kong.
