Was using it for daily workout videos and it quietly autorenewed and charged my card. Unsubscribe process was annoying, but content still works okay most days.

I was nervous about dodgy auto-renewals, needed something for back pain while moving — product helped, but billing still confusing, weirdly support helped.

I first spotted this in a student Facebook group and told my roommate to try it. My setup email disappeared after I left school. Billing kept coming for three years. Support was a maze. Delivery of licence info was quick though, which is really weird. Not perfect, customer service sinks it but the product still works, annoying, honestly, eh.

Funny — I bought this after my sister showed it at a café; I liked how it felt in my hands, used it for a month, then asked for a refund and got it. A year later my card was billed again — subscription wasn't stopped. Support said extensions aren't refundable, so I'll do a chargeback. Annoying, but I'm glad the device itself is pretty decent.

I tried to cancel my subscription, but I couldn't log in at all. I went to their website and tried following the steps, but no luck. There was no email address or way to speak to someone directly. I wouldn't recommend them at all, it's best to avoid this company. I checked out their forums and it looks like a lot of people are facing the same issues, and only a few are getting help. It seems like this company is really behind the times.

The refund process with Parallels was just awful. It felt like I was lost in a maze without any help. Then, they kept trying to get me to use Skype, which I didn't want at all. And as if that wasn't bad enough, the program kept crashing on me. It was a complete nightmare from start to finish.
