Monitor issue resolved
I recently reached out to customer service about an issue I was having with my external monitor flickering on and off. I was really impressed with the help I got from Vashish, the support agent. He really knew his stuff and went out of his way to figure out and fix the problem with me. It was a refreshing change from my past experiences with support lines - Vashish was patient, smart, and thorough in getting everything sorted out. He took the time to test things out with me and answered all my questions with patience. I'm really grateful for all his hard work and willingness to assist. If you ever get the chance to talk to Vashish, you can trust that your issue will be sorted out quickly and effectively.
M1 Silicon compatibility
Parallels is amazing on my M1 Silicon device - it lets me smoothly run Windows apps like they're meant to be there. I can easily use all my old Windows programs without any hiccups, which helps me get my work done faster. Being able to share my Download folder between Mac and Windows is a game-changer, it makes managing files so much simpler. When I think of other virtual machine choices like VMware and Virtual Box, Parallels wins hands down with its performance and user-friendliness. The only downside is that the updates can be a bit expensive, but overall, I'd give it a solid 9 out of 10 for how well it works and how reliable it is.
Mac to Windows software
So yeah, I'm a huge Mac fan, you know what I mean? Mac is basically life, right? But then there's this amazing database software that only works on Windows. Not cool at all. But hey, no worries, Parallels has got my back! They allow me to run that Windows-only software on my Mac for like forever. And let me tell you, their support team is seriously amazing! Whenever I have an issue, I just give them a shout, explain what's going on, and they fix it like magic. They're so friendly, so helpful, so caring. Honestly, if you're in my shoes, you gotta check them out!
Parallels software for Mac integration
I just bought the Parallels software to help me integrate my Mac and I gotta say, I'm really impressed. It loads super fast and runs smoothly, which makes it really easy to use. I've been using it for about a year on a subscription, but recently switched to a one-time purchase because it just made more sense financially. I couldn't justify paying yearly when it costs less to run Windows through Parallels. Overall, I definitely recommend this software to anyone wanting to smoothly combine Windows with their Mac.
Mac and PC support
This is seriously the best way to have Mac and PC stuff on one computer. I can easily have my Windows stuff open right beside my Mac stuff and fix any problems without having to switch between computers!

I've been using my M1 MacBook Pro with Parallels & Windows 11, and let me tell you, it's been a game-changer for me. The performance is top-notch, and I was so blown away that I actually decided to go all in and buy the Pro license for Windows. It runs like a dream, and honestly, it can even outdo some PC machines. I mainly use it for troubleshooting, running PC software, and exploring different systems all in one place. Overall, I couldn't be happier with this product and everything it can do.

VM Software for Mac
The VM software for my Mac lets me make a Windows virtual machine (now on version 11) with no trouble, so I can use software that doesn't work on MacOS. It's really easy to use, and it works smoothly with my Mac system, letting me open programs from the virtual machine right on my Mac. Plus, I can open .exe files and write on NTFS external devices without any hassle. All in all, this software has really boosted my productivity and made my work easier.
Productivity solution
As someone who isn't very tech-savvy and mostly uses a Macbook for work, I was having trouble sharing documents with my coworkers. Luckily, Parallels saved the day! It lets me work on my Macbook smoothly, share Word documents easily, and switch between Pages and Word without any issues. This has really made a big difference to my work process. I definitely suggest other Macbook users check it out.
Purchase - Windows 11 Pro with TPM enabled
Windows 11 Pro with TPM enabled is running really smoothly, no problems at all. I mostly use it for running MS Power BI, which is a must for my job. But I've been finding that gaming on Parallels can be a bit tricky. Minecraft Dungeons works fine, but other modern games lag too much to really enjoy. It would be awesome if there was a Parallels version made just for gaming to fix this problem.
Switched back to Parallels
I bought Parallels a few years back, then I tried a different option but it didn't jive well with my shiny new Mac Book Pro M1 chip. I figured I'd give Parallels another shot, and I was pleasantly surprised at how simple it was to get a virtual machine up and running - Linux or Windows, no sweat! I should have just stuck with Parallels from the get-go!
My new super cool toolbox!
I absolutely adore using my new toolbox all the time! I am able to hide icons in the taskbar, adjust the size and position of windows effortlessly, and keep an eye on my network stats. It honestly feels like magic for my computer!
