I bought something from this company not too long ago, and man oh man, let me tell you, their customer service is a big let down. I had to wait nearly a month just to get a response, and when I finally did, they said they couldn't combine my orders since I used different email addresses. I tried giving them all kinds of proof that I was the same person, but it was like talking to a wall. It's really annoying to see them value data and privacy more than keeping their customers happy.

The stuff they sell is definitely top-notch, no doubt about that. But man, their customer service is a complete disaster! I ordered something and waited more than a month for it to arrive, but it never came. And when I reached out to them, all they did was give me a small refund and actually wanted me to pay for the shipping! What a joke. Don't let their quality products fool you, their customer service will definitely disappoint you.

The products are great, but my experience with customer service was terrible. I got a text about a sale and placed an order, but it was going to the wrong address. I tried to fix it online, but I forgot my password and never got the reset email. Customer service wasn't helpful and just said I had to contact the carrier, but didn't give me any info because the order hadn't shipped yet. I called, got put on hold, and then got disconnected when I tried to leave a message. It's frustrating that you can't change or cancel an order once it's placed, especially when there's a problem.
