Returns & RefundsSo, I bought my second set of Glow baby products from this company, and I gotta say, I was pretty bummed out by the whole thing. When I opened up the facial cleansing pads, there was this weird smell that hit me right away. I got in touch with customer service to see if I could get a replacement for the faulty item, but they told me it was past the 30-day mark, so they couldn't do anything about it. I was really let down by how they didn't seem to care about the quality of their stuff or their customer service. After this, I don't think I'll be buying anything else from them.
