I gotta tell you, I was pretty impressed with the Iris bot at this place. It managed to answer my question quickly and thoroughly, which is more than I can say for two other companies I tried reaching out to. I really appreciate a company that prioritizes good customer service and being responsive. I was asking about whether the goggles would fit my new helmet that hasn't arrived yet, and the Iris bot was able to give me the info I was looking for. This definitely swayed me towards thinking about buying their goggles. All in all, I was happy with the whole experience and would suggest giving them a shot.

I got the Shark 2 pump about 18 months ago and it was awesome for blowing up my SUPs and Kayaks. Lately, I've been having some problems with how long it takes to inflate and the pressure. So I contacted customer service, and they got back to me right away. They asked me a couple questions, figured out what was wrong, and then sent me a new pump super fast. Their help was amazing and I'm really happy with the service.
