DeliveryI bought a paddleboard not too long ago but ran into some issues with the shipping process. Even though I got a confirmation email and saw the payment come out of my bank account, I never got any info about when it would be shipped. I tried reaching out to customer service through phone calls and emails, but nobody ever got back to me. It's super frustrating and now I'm starting to question if this brand is even legit. Thinking about talking to my bank to get back the $325 they charged me. Really bummed out because I was so excited to get my hands on that paddleboard.
