Outdoor Master - Reviews and experiences

I recently bought a pair of goggles from your store, but I had to return them because they didn't fit right. The return process didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped. I tried emailing and chatting with customer service multiple times, but I didn't hear back for a long time. Finally, when I got the return information and sent back the goggles, it's been over a week since they were delivered to your store. I'm disappointed that there hasn't been any communication about my return status, and I'm thinking about disputing the charge. It's frustrating to be out the money for the goggles and shipping without a solution in sight.

This company seriously has the worst customer service ever. I've been trying for 2 months to get a refund for something I sent back and it's like they just took my money and ran. No one is replying to my emails or live chat messages. I feel totally scammed and so frustrated. Seriously, don't even think about buying from here.

I was really happy with the two pairs of sunglasses I bought. But, one of them came with some big scratches on the lenses, probably because of a problem with the coating. Even so, I was impressed by how quickly the company replaced them under warranty. It's nice to see that they support their products and care about their customers' satisfaction.

Oh man, I totally messed up my order and now I'm waiting forever for that refund they promised. Their customer service is seriously the worst, I’m definitely not coming back to shop here again.
