The staff there were super helpful and really knew their stuff, helping me pick out exactly what I needed. You can tell the store really cares about making their customers happy with the great product selection and top-notch service.

I recently contacted customer service to get some tips on how to take care of my field coat. I wanted to make it more water-resistant because it wasn't as good as it used to be. But the response I got was kind of a letdown. The person on the other end just said they don't do re-waxing for the coat and suggested going to a dry cleaner for help, even though the coat can't be dry cleaned. I was pretty annoyed at the lack of help and solution they offered, especially since this brand is known for its outdoor gear.

Recently, I've bought quite a few clothing pieces from your store. I've been a loyal customer for a while, but I gotta say, I'm not happy with the service lately. I used to love the top-notch quality of everything I got from you guys, but now, I'm feeling let down and kinda bummed out.
