Direct marketing list issues
Direct marketing list issues
CommunicationAs someone who's been in the industry for a while now, I've been dealing with issues around direct marketing lists at this company for over four years. Despite trying many times to get off their mailing list, I still keep getting their promo emails. I even reached out to them and was told my email would be removed, but I still get emails thanking me for orders I never made. It's really frustrating and unprofessional to see this kind of disregard for customer requests.
