ProductEven though the delivery was quick and the return process was easy, I was pretty let down by the product. I got the slip-on sneakers with fancy laces in a bigger size because of my high arches. But when I got them, I saw that the laces were just for show and the design didn't work for me. The tiny opening made it hard to even put the shoes on. It was a letdown overall.

Talked to a real person right off the bat and they fixed the problem right away, no hassle for me. Definitely recommend, not only for the great shoes but also for the amazing customer service.

ProductThe sandals are actually comfy and give my feet good support, but I've noticed that my heel keeps slipping out when I walk on bumpy ground or slopes, making my ankles twist. It's happened a few times now, so I only wear them on flat surfaces or else I have to change into different shoes.
