I first noticed these mules when a colleague at work tipped me off — she swore by them for post-shift feet relief. I ordered online, a bit sceptical because past pairs sometimes looked off, but this time the Sherpas felt different. Out of the box they’re soft, squishy under the arch and surprisingly stable on pavement and around the house; you feel the rebound but not a springy fake kind. I did hit a snag with one pair at first — slightly uneven heel that made the stride odd — phoned customer support, had a short back-and-forth via chat and then an exchange arranged. Not perfect, but once replaced they’ve been reliable. Would recommend if you want comfy recovery shoes that actually work today.

Ordered 4 pairs of shoes for holiday gifts, but got the wrong styles and sizes. Contacted Customer Service and was super impressed with how quick and helpful they were. Talked to a real person right off the bat and they fixed the problem right away, no hassle for me. Definitely recommend, not only for the great shoes but also for the amazing customer service.
