OOFOS - Reviews and experiences

I won’t order from them again. I needed these slippers after a recent move — my lower back was sore and I was counting on some decent cushioning — but the whole purchase was a headache. Shipment started with DHL and then, the day before expected delivery, it switched to USPS. I stayed home for three days waiting, emailed both USPS and OOFOS multiple times and got no useful replies. There’s no real phone support either. I’m now planning a stop payment since this has cost me time and peace of mind. Frustrating and disappointing when you actually needed the shoes.

The process to return and get my money back was actually pretty quick and smooth, which I thought was great. But, the time it took for my order to actually be shipped out wasn't so impressive to me. I get that bad weather can mess things up, but it was weird that my order didn't go out in the order it was received. I also got annoyed by not being able to cancel or change my shipping address after I already ordered, even when I tried to get help from customer service. On top of that, the sandals I got didn't have a consistent size and fit, which is not something I usually have a problem with from other brands. I usually wear a size 5 M, but with these, the fit was all over the place - too long, too short, too narrow, or too wide.
