Clothing
I just bought some clothes from this store and I gotta say, the stuff is pretty good quality for the price. But, man, their shipping process really bummed me out. Even though I'm supposed to get free shipping with my account, I've never actually been able to use it. And to top it off, they use UPS for deliveries, which just added to my frustration. Their customer service was seriously lacking.
Jean shopping experience
My experience shopping for jeans at the store was a letdown. The fitting room didn't have proper flooring, so I almost slipped and fell while trying on the jeans. Plus, I wasn't impressed with the quality of the denim - it just wasn't up to par. I've bought jeans from this store before, and the denim was way better quality in the past. After this experience, I've decided I won't be buying anything else from this store.
Winter jacket
Who would even think that a 30-day return policy is okay, eh? I mean, the holidays are a crazy time with all the parties and gift exchanges. Expecting people to follow such a short window for returns is just plain crazy. I swear I'll never go back to that store again, and I'm for sure going to warn my family and friends about this ridiculous rule. It's no wonder they've lost so many customers by not caring about keeping folks happy, ehh?
