CommunicationI bought something from this company, and it was too big. I tried to exchange it for a smaller size, but I never got the new one. I’ve tried contacting them through online chat and phone calls, but I still haven’t been able to sort it out. I’m feeling really frustrated and let down by their customer service and lack of communication.

CommunicationSo, I recently ordered something online from this store and let me tell you, the whole thing was a letdown. I got an email saying my order wasn't ready yet and I'd get another email when it was good to pick up. But then on the day I was supposed to go grab it, I got a message saying my stuff got canceled because I never went to pick it up. What really ticked me off was that I never got a heads-up that my order was actually ready for pickup beforehand. I tried to reach out to the customer service team through email a few times to tell them how I felt, but unfortunately, I never got a single response back. The fact that they dropped the ball on communication and follow-up really let me down.
