TrackingI ordered some clothes online recently and I was really looking forward to it. But man, dealing with their customer service and delivery has been a huge letdown. I tried reaching out by phone and email a bunch of times, but I haven't heard squat about where my package is. The tracking info just says it's been chillin' in Miami for a whole dang week with no movement. This lack of communication and slow delivery is getting on my last nerve, especially now when we need stuff to arrive quick during the holidays. It sucks to see a company with such cute clothes drop the ball so hard on customer service and delivery. Honestly, based on my experience, I can't recommend them to anyone.
