CommunicationI do a lot of shopping online, and I've dealt with many different stores, but my recent experience with this one has really let me down. The way they communicate with customers and handle customer service is just terrible. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times about a defective item I got, but I haven't heard anything back. They don't respond to calls, emails, or messages, which is pretty concerning. On top of that, their return process on the website doesn't seem to work, which makes it even harder to get any help. Overall, my experience with their customer service has been really frustrating and unhelpful.
