ServiceI just had a terrible experience with my online order. The whole thing was a letdown and I ended up feeling really annoyed. The customer service was pretty bad and I had to get someone else involved just to hear back from them. And even after that, my order was late and when I finally got it, some things were missing. I definitely won't be buying from them again.

ServiceEh, so my daughter was over the moon about the reflective running tights I got for her! She thought they were super cool and different. And when we had to exchange them for a bigger size, the store staff was so friendly and efficient about it. Now she's out there happily running in her new tights, loving every minute of it. Gotta give props to this store for their top-quality products and amazing customer service, eh.

ServiceMy socks don't stay up and it really annoyed me! I called them up and they just brushed it off. I told them I'm done buying from them!<br><br>Update - After leaving a not-so-great review, they ended up giving me a store credit. That was cool of them! I might consider giving them another shot!
