Clothing items

I had a really bad experience with this company, eh. The first time I ordered, everything went well, but the second time was a disaster, eh. It took over two months for my order to arrive, even though they said it was coming "soon". When it finally did show up, I only got 2 out of the 3 items I ordered, eh. To make things worse, the email confirmation said all 3 items were delivered, which was confusing and frustrating, eh. When I tried to contact customer service, it was so hard to get a response, eh. I had to threaten to involve my bank before they finally got back to me, eh. The customer service number was useless, no one ever answered, and my emails went unanswered until I sent multiple follow-ups, eh. Overall, a terrible experience and I would recommend others to steer clear of this company, eh.

Dress order

I ordered a dress on December 4th and it's already December 21st! It's been stuck in Miami since the 5th and I was really hoping to wear it for the holidays. This is totally not cool. I even sent two emails but got no response. So disappointed right now.

Set of pants, bra and top

I just bought some pants, a bra, and a top from this store not too long ago. I waited around for a month, but when my order finally arrived, only the pants were in the package. The receipt had the bra and top crossed out, and I was pretty confused and let down by that. I tried contacting customer service to get some answers, but the response I got was not what I was hoping for. This whole situation has made me think twice about ordering from this store again.

Sport bra and leggings purchase.

I was pretty bummed about my latest order of a sport bra and leggings. Turns out, only the leggings made it in the delivery, and the bra was nowhere to be found. I tried contacting the company by phone and email, but haven't heard back about the missing bra. This lack of communication and customer service has me feeling annoyed and unhappy with how it all went down.

Slow shipping and poor customer service

I totally agree with everyone else, the shipping here is way too slow, eh. I mean, a shipping label was made ages ago and my order still hasn't been sent out. And when I try to reach customer service, I never get a call back even after leaving voicemails. The emails I send always get generic and not very helpful responses. I've had enough and had to take it up a notch by filing a case through my credit card to try and get my money back.

Delayed order, missing items

My recent purchase from this company was a total disaster, eh? My order was delayed for a week and then it sat in Miami for another three weeks, ya know? So it ended up not arriving on time for a special birthday celebration, which was really disappointing, eh? And on top of all that, the order was missing items that were supposed to be included, eh? The whole thing has been super frustrating and now I have a pretty bad opinion of the company, eh?

Online order for a Christmas gift

As a customer, I'm so frustrated with the terrible service from this company. I ordered a Christmas gift online back on December 12th, and it still hasn't been shipped. The tracking info just says it's waiting in Miami, and today's the 20th. It's obvious it won't get here in time for Christmas. I tried reaching out to them by phone and email, but I haven't heard anything back. This lack of communication is not cool, especially when my package is late. I've had good experiences with them before, but this really let me down. I expected more from them, so I won't be buying from them again.

Recent order delay

This isn't the first time I've bought from this store, so I was really let down by my latest experience. I ordered over two weeks ago and still haven't got my stuff. Even though I got a shipping confirmation, my order hasn't been sent out. The lack of communication and slow processing is really disappointing, especially because I've had good experiences with this brand before. Now I'm wondering if there's new owners messing up the service.
