I've had my digital frame for a few years now, and let me tell you, the customer service from this company is top-notch. Twice I've had to reach out to them for a broken or missing part, and both times they really went the extra mile to help me out. I even fessed up to losing the remote control, but they still sent me replacement parts at no cost, no questions asked. Their dedication to making sure customers are happy is really something special. I wouldn't think twice about buying more stuff from them in the future.

I was really looking forward to getting this gift I bought for my mom's birthday, but then the company went and cancelled it and called it 'fraudulent'. I tried to get it figured out, but they told me there was nothing they could do to fix it! I feel like they just didn't want to give me what I bought at the price and delivery time I had originally agreed to because they made a mistake. It totally ruined the surprise I had planned for my mom's birthday. I definitely wouldn't suggest buying from them, better off finding a different place to shop!
