App & PortalThe digital photo frame I bought had some problems with its random photo selection feature. Even so, I'd still suggest getting it because it has cool features. But now I'm disappointed to say that things have changed, and you gotta pay a monthly fee to use a feature that used to be free. I don't like this sudden change and I think it's not a good decision by the company.

ProductI got this huge job board sign to hang up at work and it was pretty cool at first. But then we saw our internet data usage skyrocketing! Turns out the sign was the culprit and no one knows why. We've been reaching out to the support team for ages but they haven't been much help. We had to disconnect it because it was using data even when not in use. We only have 2 google sheets on it and it's only on for a few hours. Super frustrating!

App & PortalI bought a photo frame from your company not long ago and I have to say, I'm a bit bummed out that I can't upload photos from Microsoft OneDrive. I work in software testing and from my perspective, it doesn't make sense to try and recreate something that already exists. It would be so much better if the technology was integrated seamlessly. Not having this feature has really taken away from my enjoyment of the product.

ServiceSo, I got this digital photo frame for my birthday, but turns out it can only hold a limited number of pictures. Not only that, the touch screen doesn't work right. When I tried to reach out to customer service, I was bummed to find out they only do support through chat. That's pretty annoying, considering their packaging says you can call, email, or chat with them. After reading a bunch of bad reviews online, it seems like their customer service is pretty much non-existent and unhelpful.

ServiceI'm really upset with the customer service from Nixplay. I bought four frames and there was a mistake from Fuji, their print partner. Even though the mistake was clear, Nixplay wouldn't fix it. I've had to leave bad reviews on different sites, starting with Amazon. It's not right for Nixplay to blame Fuji and not own up to their errors.

ServiceI picked up two digital photo frames, one for myself and one as a present. It's turned into a bit of a nightmare though! The one I kept is only displaying a handful of the photos I loaded onto it, even though there's hundreds. When I asked customer service for assistance, their suggestions just made everything worse! Now my frame just keeps saying 'Add Photos from your Mobile' and no matter what I try, I can't fix it. I'm crossing my fingers that the frame I gave as a gift isn't going through the same issues, but I'm not overly confident.

Twice I've had to reach out to them for a broken or missing part, and both times they really went the extra mile to help me out. I even fessed up to losing the remote control, but they still sent me replacement parts at no cost, no questions asked. Their dedication to making sure customers are happy is really something special. I wouldn't think twice about buying more stuff from them in the future.

CheckoutI was really looking forward to getting this gift I bought for my mom's birthday, but then the company went and cancelled it and called it 'fraudulent'. I tried to get it figured out, but they told me there was nothing they could do to fix it! I feel like they just didn't want to give me what I bought at the price and delivery time I had originally agreed to because they made a mistake. It totally ruined the surprise I had planned for my mom's birthday. I definitely wouldn't suggest buying from them, better off finding a different place to shop!
