Limitation on Google photo linking

App & Portal

I'm really upset about the recent decision to restrict linking to Google photos. I bought the frame because it was supposed to work with Google photos, and now I feel disappointed. Changing the policy in the middle of things is not a good business move and shows a lack of care for customers like me. I bought this product with certain expectations, and those expectations were not met. So, I'll be exploring other options and suggesting brands like Aura frames to my family and friends.

Received digital photo frame as gift

App & Portal

I received a Nixplay for Christmas from my kid, but it was super confusing trying to set it up. The instructions only cover the basics like how to turn it on, not how to actually get photos onto it. And trying to find help was a nightmare - definitely not easy for someone who's used to PCs like me.

Recent purchase

App & Portal

I bought something from this company and I was really let down by how they changed the product. At first, I could make lots of playlists with tons of photos, but then they updated the app and now I can only have 100 images unless I pay for a subscription. That's not cool at all and it made me feel tricked and annoyed. I think companies should be honest about what their products can do and not surprise customers with restrictions after they buy something.

Digital photo frame

App & Portal

The digital photo frame I bought had some problems with its random photo selection feature. Even so, I'd still suggest getting it because it has cool features. But now I'm disappointed to say that things have changed, and you gotta pay a monthly fee to use a feature that used to be free. I don't like this sudden change and I think it's not a good decision by the company.

Photo frame purchase

App & Portal

I bought a photo frame from your company not long ago and I have to say, I'm a bit bummed out that I can't upload photos from Microsoft OneDrive. I work in software testing and from my perspective, it doesn't make sense to try and recreate something that already exists. It would be so much better if the technology was integrated seamlessly. Not having this feature has really taken away from my enjoyment of the product.
