Woke up smiling — finally got those family photos off my phone and onto the frame. It feels sturdy, the screen looks sharp and colours are nice. Setup via the app was quick, I appreciated it after losing pictures in my camera roll for years. Happy.

I’m pretty happy I joined the family album setup. I started using it last week and was a bit sceptical at first — thought pairing and uploads might be a hassle — but it was straightforward. The website is simple and drag-and-drop, and the Plus plan (I needed more than 500 MB) felt like reasonable value. Relatives have used their frames for years, so getting their photos was a nice bonus. No fuss, just works.

I actually love how the frame just sits on the side table and updates by itself. Been running one for years—mom and mother-in-law back in Angola get fresh photos of the kids without asking. I just send pics from my phone and they pop up. Way easier than emailing, and it feels pretty warm and personal.

I recently bought 4 frames from this company because tech publications gave them great reviews. But I've got a problem with 3 of them. The photos on them keep changing orientation, sometimes landscape, sometimes portrait, even after I've tried adjusting settings on the website. It's frustrating and not letting me enjoy the photos properly. I tried reaching out to customer service through chat since phone support isn't available anymore. The technician mentioned that different frames have different orientation options, but I still don't understand why there are limitations like this. Seems more like a software problem than a hardware one that needs fixing. Also, the lack of clear info on orientation differences between frame models is a concern because it wasn't explained well in the product descriptions. Overall, I wouldn't recommend buying these frames unless you go for the newest ones to avoid these issues on older models.

I got this huge job board sign to hang up at work and it was pretty cool at first. But then we saw our internet data usage skyrocketing! Turns out the sign was the culprit and no one knows why. We've been reaching out to the support team for ages but they haven't been much help. We had to disconnect it because it was using data even when not in use. We only have 2 google sheets on it and it's only on for a few hours. Super frustrating!
