Serviceit displays photos, but dealing with the company afterward felt like banging my head against a tech support wall. We bought one because the images looked great — husband and I were actually enjoying it — then hit a limit when our album filled up. Creating a new album seemed simple, but the frame only showed maybe twenty pics from then on, despite following the steps. Phone support? Non-existent. We even paid extra for 'priority' help and got... an email a few days later asking if the issue was fixed. Frustrating. Other brands sorted similar stuff quicker, so while the frame works most of the time, the service killed the vibe.

I needed these for my elderly parents — I paid a premium so they wouldn’t have ongoing subscription nonsense — and that’s the whole story. At the time of purchase the product copy promised 10 GB of free storage and Google Photos/Dropbox syncing without a subscription. Now the free tier is shrunk to about 0.5 GB and syncing looks like it needs a paid plan. So yeah, the hardware works, the photos appear, delivery was fine, but the key promise that sold me on it vanished. I’m sceptical by nature, and this pushed me from annoyed to grudgingly resigned: the frames do the job, but the company changing terms after the fact feels off — especially when there’s a clause about arbitration instead of court. I’ve been back-and-forth with support a bit; they’re not terrible but this is a design/terms problem, not a helpdesk one. If you’re buying for parents to avoid fees, ask direct questions first — don’t assume the advertised perks are forever.

Serviceremove the frame, hit the tiny reset hole with a paperclip while plugging it back in — awkward and clumsy, not ideal. Still, with his guidance I did it myself and it worked. So I'm grateful for the fast, patient support and the prompt delivery. The product is solid otherwise, just the reset design could use some love. I already told a couple friends to check it out — figured they'd appreciate the photos, and now I can say the support is legit.

When I tried to reach out to customer service, I was bummed to find out they only do support through chat. That's pretty annoying, considering their packaging says you can call, email, or chat with them. After reading a bunch of bad reviews online, it seems like their customer service is pretty much non-existent and unhelpful.

Even though the mistake was clear, Nixplay wouldn't fix it. I've had to leave bad reviews on different sites, starting with Amazon. It's not right for Nixplay to blame Fuji and not own up to their errors.

The one I kept is only displaying a handful of the photos I loaded onto it, even though there's hundreds. When I asked customer service for assistance, their suggestions just made everything worse! Now my frame just keeps saying 'Add Photos from your Mobile' and no matter what I try, I can't fix it. I'm crossing my fingers that the frame I gave as a gift isn't going through the same issues, but I'm not overly confident.
