I bought a photo frame not too long ago and I've been having a great time putting up a ton of pictures on it. But the other day, the remote got wrecked because of a little mishap at home, so I decided to get in touch with customer service for help. I was really pleasantly surprised by how amazing the support was. They didn't just quickly send me a new remote for free, they even threw in a battery with it. I gotta say, I'm really impressed by how good this product is and the awesome customer service. Thanks a bunch.

So I bought this frame from the company four years ago and it just started acting up recently. It started showing these weird lines and going offline, so I reached out for help.
